This Privacy Notice describes the information AllOver Media, LLC (“AllOver Media”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, how we use this information, with whom we share it, and the choices you have in connection with these activities. This Privacy Notice applies to the AllOver Media website, AllOverMedia.com and any sub-domains, (collectively, the “Website”)and any other products or services listed below (collectively, our “Services”):
Effective September 25, 2024, we have updated our Privacy Notice. This Privacy Notice has been changed in the following ways:
- We added new ways in which we collect your personal information (e.g. phone device IDs through our clients);
- We added new ways in which your personal information is sold, shared, or disclosed to service providers (See HOW WE COLLECT, RETAIN, AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION);
- We added new consumer rights you may be entitled to under the California Privacy Rights Act, which amended the California Consumer Privacy Act, and additional methods by which you can exercise those rights (See RIGHTS OF CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS); and
- We added the period for which the personal information of California residents will be retained throughout this Privacy Policy.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT, HOW WE USE IT, HOW LONG WE KEEP IT, AND HOW WE SHARE IT
Through your use of our Services, we collect personal information, which is information that identifies you or relates to you as an identifiable individual. Through your use of our Website and Services, we collect personal information as outlined below.
A. Information We Collect Directly From Website Visitors
When you visit our Website, we collect your personal information when you:
- Apply for employment. When you apply for employment with AllOver Media, we collect from you your personal identifiers (name, email address, physical address, and telephone number) and your professional or employment information (resume, cover letter, employment history, and educational history). We use this personal information assess and manage your application with AllOver Media and as necessary to comply with the law. We keep this information for seven (7) years after termination or unless we receive a request to delete this information and no exception to your right to deletion applies. We share this information with our talent acquisition software provider, Rippling, who helps us track applicants from the hiring stage onboarding and employment. - Contact us. When you contact us or submit an inquiry, we collect your personal identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, and company name) and any other information you choose to include in your correspondence. We use this personal information to respond to your questions or inquiries, troubleshoot as necessary, and address any issues you have with our Services. We also use this personal information to send you marketing communications. We retain this information for three (3) years if you do not contract with us for Services, or seven (7) years after contract expiration if you contract with us for Services, or unless we receive a request to delete this information and no exception to your right to deletion applies. Information provided through the website goes through the WordPress Foundation (WordPress) then to Microsoft Corporation (Outlook) and input into Salesforce, Inc. (Salesforce). We will share your identifiers (name and email address) with our email marketing provider to send you the marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicked on the “unsubscribe” link in each email. Please note that we will continue to send you notifications necessary to the Services, or requested products or services. Our communications contain tracking technologies to analyze whether a predefined action took place by a recipient, such as opening our communications, in order to better adapt and distribute our communications. When you opt-in to our marketing communications, you are opting into the use of these technologies. You can disable tracking by disabling the display of images by default in your email program. We will retain your name and email address for as long as you have not opted out of receiving marketing emails from us.
We also use the personal information we collect as described in this section to comply with the law, to efficiently maintain our business, and for other limited circumstances as described in HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
B. Information We Collect From Clients
If you are a client of AllOver Media, we will collect your personal identifiers (name, business name, physical address, telephone number, and email address), and financial information (credit card number, expiration date, CVV, ZIP code). We process your financial account information (i.e. credit card information) using a third party payment processor, and thus share such information with the payment processor. We retain this information for seven (7) years unless we receive a request to delete this information and no exception to your right to deletion applies. We use this personal information to communicate with you and to fulfill and manage your purchases with us. In our processing of your personal information, we may also use your personal information to defend our rights and the rights of others, to efficiently maintain our business, to comply with the law, and for other limited circumstances as described in HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION.
C. Information We Collect From Venue Partners
If you are a venue partner of AllOver Media, we will collect your personal identifiers (name, business name, physical address, telephone number, email address) and your payment information (bank account and routing number), and if an independent contractor, your sensitive information (Social Security number) as part of your W-9 information. We use this personal information to communicate with you, to establish and manage the partnership, and to facilitate your payment. We may also use the personal information we collect as described in this section to comply with the law, to efficiently maintain our business, and for other limited circumstances as described in HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. We share this information with our services providers that provide relationship management software, project management software, finance management software, venue partner inventory management software, call center automation software, and business intelligence software. We retain this information for up to 30 days after you no longer have an account with us as one of our partners unless we receive a request to delete this information from our client and no exception to your right to deletion applies.
D. Information Collected From Third-Party Sources
AllOver Media receives personal information from third-party companies that we purchase leads from. In purchasing these leads, we receive your personal identifiers (name, company name, telephone number, and email address). We use this personal information to identify you as a potential prospect for our Services and to communicate with you. We may also use the personal information we collect as described in this section to comply with the law, to efficiently maintain our business, and for other limited circumstances as described in HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION</strong. We retain this information for up to 30 days after you no longer have an account with us as one of our partners unless we receive a request to delete this information from our client and no exception to your right to deletion applies.
E. Information We Collect Automatically via Cookies and Other Trackers
In addition to the personal information you provide directly to us, we also collect information automatically as you use our Website. This includes the following internet or other electronic network activity information:
- Usage information. We use essential, performance, marketing, and analytics cookies to collect information about your interaction with our Services, such as what you access, what you click on, the frequency of access, and how much time you spend on the Services. - DoubleClick. We utilize DoubleClick by Google to serve ads based on a user’s prior visit to our Website. Each visitor to our Website receives a different cookie and the information collected by the cookie is used to generate conversion statistics and allows us to see the total number of individuals who clicked on our ads. DoubleClick enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to Website in addition to other websites on the Internet. The information obtained through the cookie is used to generate statistics and allows us to see the total number of users who clicked on our advertisements. We also use Google Ads to present to users of our website advertisements across the internet and within the Google advertising network based on their visits to our website. INFORMATION WE COLLECT AS A SERVICE PROVIDER TO OUR CLIENTS
As a service provider to our clients and on their behalf, upon request, we will collect and process certain personal information of their application users (“Client End Users”), specifically, Client End Users’ identifiers (device ID). As a service provider, we do not use this information for our own purposes. We retain this information for four (4) years unless we receive a request to delete this information from our client and no exception to your right to deletion applies.
HOW WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
A. General Sharing
AllOver Media shares personal information in the following instances:

- Within AllOver Media. We share your personal information among our affiliated entities for the legitimate business purposes of efficiently and effectively providing the Services. Access to your personal information is limited to those on a need to know basis.
- With service providers. We share personal information with service providers that assist us in providing the Services. These service providers include our customer relationship management provider, project management provider, financial management platform provider, venue partner inventory management software, call center automation software provider, business intelligence software provider, financial institutions, credit card processor, and website platform provider, which are described more specifically in the PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT, HOW WE USE IT, HOW LONG WE KEEP IT, AND HOW WE SHARE IT section of this Notice.
- In the event of a corporate reorganization. In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, we would share personal information with third parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction. We will also share personal information with third parties if we undergo bankruptcy or liquidation, in the course of such proceedings.
- For legal purposes. B. Sharing for a Business Purpose
In the preceding 12 months, AllOver Media has disclosed the following personal information for a business purpose with the following categories of third parties:
- We have disclosed your internet or other electronic network information collected by cookies to our IT support to detect security incidents, protect against malicious, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal activity, and to identify and repair website and platform errors.
- We have disclosed your internet or other electronic network information collected by cookies to our IT support to update, improve, and maintain the website and platform.
- We have disclosed your identifiers with our customer relationship management provider to assist with servicing our clients and potential clients.
- We have disclosed your identifiers (business contact information, including email address, telephone number, address, name), and payment card or financial account information, with service providers that perform services on our behalf. These service providers include our customer relationship management provider, project management provider, financial management platform provider, venue partner inventory management software, call center automation software provider, business intelligence software provider, financial institutions, credit card processor, and website platform provider.
- We have disclosed your birthdate, social security number, gender, address, driving record, employment history, educational history, and names of your beneficiaries of your medical benefits with the service provider People Center, Inc. d/b/a Rippling that provides us with online payroll and human resource technology.
C. Sale of Personal Information
In the preceding 12 months, AllOver Media has shared your internet or other electronic network activity information collected via cookies and other tracking technologies with our data analytics providers and ad networks as described in “Information We Collect Automatically via Cookies and Other Trackers”. - Right to limit use of sensitive personal information: You have the right to limit the use of how we use your sensitive personal information. Sensitive information includes Social Security number, driver’s license number, biometric information, precise geolocation, and racial and ethnic origin.

For requests submitted via telephone or email, you must provide us with sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected the personal information and describe your request with sufficient detail to allow us to properly evaluate and respond to it. To appropriately identify you, we ask that you include in your communication to us you name, email address, and telephone number. If we are not able to verify your identity for access and deletion requests with the information provided, we may ask you for additional pieces of information.

If you are using an authorized agent to submit a privacy request, please provide written permission, signed by the consumer, authorizing the agent to submit the request.
RIGHTS OF NEVADA RESIDENTS
If you are a consumer in the State of Nevada, you may request to opt-out of the current or future sale of your personal information. We do not currently sell any of your personal information under Nevada law, nor do we plan to do so in the future. However, you can submit a request to opt-out of future sales by contacting us at 800-525-8762 or privacy@allovermedia.com. Please include “Opt-Out Request Under Nevada Law” in the subject line of your message.
DO NOT TRACK
We will not place cookies or collect information via cookies when your browser is set to Do Not Track (DNT). Do Not Track is a preference you can set in your web browser to inform websites that you do not want to be tracked. You can enable or disable Do Not Track by visiting the Preferences or Settings page of your web browser.
SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We implement and maintain reasonable security measures to protect the personal information we collect and maintain from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. These security measures include strong IT controls over access to applicant information including physical access controls to IT hardware. AGE RESTRICTION
The Services are not intended for individuals under the age of eighteen (18). If we learn that we have collected or received personal information from a child under the age of eighteen (18), we will delete that information. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

This Applicant Privacy Notice (“Privacy Notice”) describes the collection, use, and sharing of your personal information when you apply for a position at AllOver Media LLC (“AllOver Media”, “we”, “us”, “our”). PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT, WHY AND FOR HOW LONG
When you apply for a position at AllOver Media, we collect or receive personal information at various stages in the application process, as described below:
- Complete an application. When you apply for a position at AllOver Media, we collect, from you, your personal identifiers (name, email address, telephone number, and physical address), your professional or employment information (resume/CV, cover letter, certifications or licenses, qualifications, employment history, educational history, and references’ name and telephone number, your salary expectation, language proficiency, and any other information you choose to include with your application. We use this information to review your background and skills, to determine your qualifications for the role you are applying to, and to confirm information related to your employment and education. For equal employment and affirmative action purposes, you also have the option to provide us with your protected classifications (gender, veteran status, and disability status), and your sensitive protected classifications (race and ethnicity). We use this protected classification and sensitive protected classification information for government reporting purposes, to comply with legal requirements, to analyze requested disability accommodations as applicable, and to document any accommodations we have provided to accommodate your needs. We retain this information for seven (7) years unless we receive a request to delete this information and no exception to your right to deletion applies.
- Information from references. When you provide references with your application, we will obtain from your references inferences drawn from your references, such as their thoughts on your behavior, intelligence, abilities, and aptitudes. We use this personal information to assess your suitability for the position for which you have applied. We do not retain this information.
- Participate in an in-person interview: If you participate in an on-site interview with AllOver Media, we will collect from you video recordings of you captured through our CCTV footage. We use this information to ensure the security of AllOver Media personnel and property. We retain this information for thirty (30) days unless we receive a request to delete this information and no exception to your right to deletion applies.
- Conduct a background check. When a background check is requested as part of the candidate review process, your personal identifiers (name, date of birth, and physical address) and sensitive identifiers (Social Security number). Social Security number is considered sensitive under the CPRA. We use this information to verify your identity, credentials, criminal history, and, if applicable, driving record if your job position requires you to drive for company business purposes. We retain this information for seven (7) years unless we receive a request to delete this information and no exception to your right to deletion applies.
Information Collected Automatically by Cookies
In addition to the personal information you provide or we collect from third parties, when you use our Careers Page, we collect information automatically via cookies and similar technologies.
- When You Visit our Careers Page. When you visit our Careers Page to look for or apply to open positions, we automatically collect electronic network activity information (Internet Protocol (“IP”) addresses, device identifiers, application identifiers, your interactions with the website such as referring web page, and pages visited on our sites, and information about the platforms, browsers, devices, and computers you use to access the site, including browser type, city, region, country, language, operating system) via cookies. A.General Sharing
AllOver Media shares personal information in the following instances:
- Within AllOver Media. We share applicant personal information among our hiring decision-makers (i.e. human resources department, senior management, and hiring managers) to assess applications and make hiring decisions. Access to applicant personal information is limited to those on a need to know basis.
- In the event of a corporate reorganization. In the event that we enter into, or intend to enter into, a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale, joint venture, assignment, consolidation, transfer, change of control, or other disposition of all or any portion of our business, assets or stock, we would share personal information with third parties, including the buyer or target (and their agents and advisors) for the purpose of facilitating and completing the transaction. INFORMATION SECURITY

These security measures include strong IT controls over access to applicant information including physical access controls to IT hardware.
