Campaign Manager

We are currently seeking a Campaign Manager for our Sales Support Team.  The Campaign Manager will work directly with our clients to manage successful advertising campaign activity/execution that delivers on expectations. This position often acts as the liaison between the Sales, Creative and Operations departments. Excellent communicators, creative problems solvers and data lovers wanted!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:


Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Research and analyze advertising placement locations to assist sales team with building client proposals

  • Provide alternatives and/or suggestions to the Sales team using expert knowledge of the inventory to advise Sales Team on how to pitch the inventory to meet the needs of clients

  • Oversee the processing of all advertising campaigns on behalf of assigned National Account Executives

  • Work with Operations to ensure contract execution meets expectations

  • Act as primary client contact throughout the campaign. Includes but is not limited to:

o   Communicate with assigned clients to receive creative artwork according to requirements and deadlines

o   Provide ad placement status updates including Proof of Placement

o   Resolve any campaign issues that don’t require a contract change

o   Available after office hours to clients

  • Collaborate and communicate with all departments (Creative, Install, Leasing, and POP) to ensure client satisfaction

  • Research solutions and provide inventory status updates to sales for each campaign being executed

  • Make sure all revenue is accurately recorded in BBP and Salesforce

  • Collaborate with other to create efficiencies and promote continuous improvement

  • Assist with special projects as needed

  • Communicate ad placement requirements and restrictions to the Sales team.

  • Assist Campaign Managers with providing inventory placement locations to our Operations Team for contracted campaigns

  • Manage expectations between proposed inventory, contracted inventory and booked inventory. Provide inventory hold updates as needed.

  • Implement solutions to enhance inventory database

  • Collaborate with Sales Support departments to create efficiencies and promote continuous improvement

  • Assist with special projects as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2 – 3 years of experience in project coordination, data analysis, or product fulfillment

  • Proficiency in MS programs including Excel, Word and Outlook

  • Salesforce knowledge a plus

  • Knowledge of ad agency structure and media buying process a plus

  • Proven ability to analyze large amounts of data to synthesize into a simple, easy to understand solution

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet hard deadlines

  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage difficult or emotional customer situations, respond promptly to customer needs, and meet commitments.

  • Extremely detail-oriented and organized

  • Ability to work independently and as a team

  • Creative problem solver

  • Comfortable supporting National Account Executives working remotely from their homes across the U.S. whom you will only see twice per year.
